I led the creative for a new brand in a new prestigious area located near a million dollar park development in Melbourne, Australia. I used gold contrasting with a rich greenery texture as the leading brand elements to reinforce the parks affluent appeal – creating a high-end luxury look.
My strategy for advertising was to emphasize the luxurious parkland across all channels. The branding campaign was so successful, all eleven townhomes sold out within 90 days of launching.
